“Unreliable and very rude!”

Firefly Valencia refuses to recognize my mastercard as a credit card (still a 3.3 € as credit card fee charged) and therefore obliged me to take an unsolicited comprehensive insurance of 50 € 4 + 21% VAT was thus € 60.98 in total.When I made my reservation clearly no omnium was requested.
This is unacceptable and simply a means to impose an undesirable additional insurance.
In addition, they charge me € 7 for standard coverage CDW while this is included as well as € 7 + VAT for the theft coverage TP while this is also included !!!
Total fraudulently claimed: 60.98 + 8.47 +8.47 = 77.92 €
They also threatened to leave me without a car.
I filed a complaint through the complaint book required by the Spanish authorities on the spot.
