I have ordered twice from smartbuyglasses.co.uk.
On the first occasion it was just the frame and 2nd time I decided to give a go prescription lenses fitted as well.
Both times I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but it was fine, as I was kept updated and given an option to change my mind.
2nd time contacted the customer service via email. The person couldn't have been more helpful. Offered me discount for delayed order and happily and promptly changed the delivery address.
Once again. Loved it. Will use again.

P.S. Complimentary gift is very handy as well.
