“I had a hotmail address many years and few problems...”

Written on: 22/12/2008

I had a hotmail address many years and few problems but every now and then, msn says my password is wrong when it was entered correctly or makes me change my password for no other reason than a devious attempt to tax my memory. The answer to the secret question to allow access in case you can't remember the ever changing password is impossible to remember: what was your grandfather's occupation? There were 2 gfs and they had many occupations and then typing is case specific (must remember if you capitalized all or none or first letter of answer!! - I am in my 50s, I can't remember where I left my glasses! How am I to remember exactly what I entered a year ago and if I wrote it down, where the hell is it now? Should be a question with only one answer like what color is your car or your hair . This is making me crazy tonight because I really need to get my emails and am barred because I guessed too many times.
