Just adding this further comment: Since found out that my telephone call I had to make to you as per your on line instruction due to your web site crashing on me during the final payment process I have been charged £3.20 re your 0844 number! In these circumstances with you knowing it was issues at your end you should offer to call people back immediately at your cost?
