Very slow in every aspect.
Staff are moody and not helpful.
Always loses documents.

General Comments
HSBC is totally horrible! I applied literally 5 times for student account in HSBC but I received no replies at all! I applied through branch with my documents, sent them by mail and applied online but none of them gave me any response! When I finally called them up they told me if you did not receive anything for us within 1 month that means we lost your documents! I am devastated by their poor quality service and not even a drop of care for customers, who are actually the people helping the bank to make revenue!
