If you have bought a faulty item from Dabs.com, they are far from interested you returning it to them. They will try prolong any effort to return for a refund by not emailing you the information you require and ignoring emails altogether. Their website states that "If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement.". And yet the obligation by law is on the seller to remedy, not the buyer.
