“Good customer service”

The call was a bit long,(18 minutes) lots of detail and legal type of stuff to listen to, everything was explained really well by Reece, european cover and track days included. Different options were checked out to get price that suited, nothing too much for Reece, more legal stuff to take in after the deal was done. Documentation received by mail within 5 hours.(excellent) Cheapest price last year and good service for repair job, clothing cover not much cop if talking helmet, jacket and gloves, wear and tear and other reduction leaves you with not a lot and then you have to send gear away for proof/recycling so didnt bother
