I am having the same problem as the reviewer dated 13/10/08. Set up Hotmail account years ago and used it frequently with no problem since up to last month when suddenly Hotmail no longer recognised my email address and/or password although both were entered correctly. Secret question has also been answered correctly so don't know what is going on. Unfortunately, I didn't realise that I should have set up a back-up address, so, Hotmail sending a new password to my email address is no help as I can't get access to read it! If any one reading this can help or suggest anything, I would be grateful.
