It's terrible. My new MSN hotmail is much more difficult to use. Must re-enter full name and password each time I enter, doesn't remember my info. Doesn't remember my settings for "preferences" from one use to the next. I've lost many emails while writing by using spellcheck. Similarly, I've lost whole letters I've written by adding attachments. No way to get tech support or help. Very frustrating. Inadequate. Wonder about Yahoo?
