I struggle with using the computer sometimes and found it difficult to know how to download documents they required. I phoned customer service.A friendly representative helped with a few suggestions and was quite happy to help me further if I still had problems. The representative gave me e-mail so I could correspond. The only problem with this and most insurance companies is that they forget that there is a generation who are not quite sure on how to use the computer to it's full extent.
