“I needed a small plastic insePhoner door guide”

I needed a small plastic insert for one of the door runner guides so phoned Matki Aftersales who instantly identified the part I needed. The kind gentleman offered to send me a couple of inserts free of charge and two days later they arrived in the post. For me that was brilliant service and immediately phoned them up to thank them for their efficient rapid service. I doubt if you could beat that for after sales service.
