Had a regular hotmail account, couldn't get into. Made to sign up for this windows. Live and now I can't access my old Hotmail account that all my contacts know. I want to be able to just use the old hotmail account with my old email, but I'm told my password is not correct. I've had the same passwird for that hotmail account for years. I'm extremely frustrated to the point I'm typing this and normally I do not care to waste my time - very very frustraing. Is someone going to get back to us about how to access the old hotmail? How would they or could they since we can't access our old hotmail account!?
Frustrated at not being able to use my old hotmail email account. When told my password was not correct I just about went nuts - used the same password for many years - I think I know what my password is. It's like MSN/Hotmail or whomever is making everyone go to the new LIVE version. Just want to access my old hotmail account so I can read my what are now week old emails. How do I access my old hotmail emails - not the LIVE.com emails - no one knows that email address. I'll just go elsewhere if that's the case.
