Ordered items, waited in for delivery, instead got a generic email days later saying item was not in stock.
Customer service was rude and suggested I was being unreasonable for not understanding that the website (or 'internet' as she kept saying) wasn't updated as often as the warehouse stock list. Reading other reviews it seems that many, many customers have had the same problem.

DON'T EXPECT TO GET YOUR ORDER!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
