Getting everything setup was great but the timeline was untrue. 48 hours later after an inquiry it suddenly was 'unlocked' after problems. Although I submitted the original request to the wrong carrier unlock (did TO: carrier, not FROM:), the support person stated that they would return my call within 30m, never received a call. Sent 2 support emails, one sales email and called using different options and the phone call either got immediately dropped or 'nobody was available to take my call', then dropped. Currently without a phone for 2 days. Contemplating escalating with Paypal for a refund.
