After 14 years I've changed to Gmail. Hotmail was never that great, but the insistence of MSN to connect with Live was irritating. Worst of all though recenetly were servers being down - unnaceptable for a global mail service. Overall, it's slow and the GUI is basically rubbish compared to what else there was in the market.
