After I made the booking, I recieved a confirmation email saying total cost is approximately £22 including excess insurance. But charged me approximately £33. While I contacted the supplier (Budget) they gave me a different amount for the excess insurance policy. I returned the car with full tank and they did not charge me for fuel. It was the insurance charge for sure that was quoted wrong.
