Good Points
Lovely family room. Really well set out and great facilities. Really lovely breakfast and chef who catered for all your needs. Staff very helpful and friendly. So much to do and see. Circus Circus weekend was fabulous for the ages of my children. Food to purchase was good quality, plentiful and reasonably priced. Didn't need the car for the whole weekend. Very relaxing.

Bad Points
Juice machines at breakfast not filled quickly enough.

General Comments
Hadn't been before to Butlins and didn't know what to expect. The Skyline Pavilion was spotlessly clean and full of things to entertain without having to spend a penny (unless you wanted to). Entertainment was great - the robot was amazing. The shows in the evening were great for all ages. The Shoreline Hotel was really nice. Clean and well set out. A truly relaxing weekend for the adults while the children were thoroughly entertained. Great!
