on 1.1.15 ordered a 3 piece suit paid in full on the day, wasn't told about the extra £300 to have foam or about the delivery charge and it didn't fit in my car so had to pay it!! (Jokers)
On contract was told 3 was max to then be told a further 4 weeks! My bank do what is called a CHARGE BACK if the company is in breech of contract. I submitted all paper work for them to look through and after 2 weeks luckily got the majority of our money back, just £180 that we paid cash. They now are telling me Im not getting the £180 back as I cancelled the order?? NO PROOF AS I DIDNT and also that when they delivered it, it didn't fit?? (NOT BEEN TO MY HOUSE)
I contacted Traiding Standards who have said to give them in writing why I want my money back and that if they don't to take them to court so that is what I'm doing. £180 is nothing but it is out of principal they can't get away with this all the time.
One of the managers at Batley branch also fair threatened me if I took it further, he is messed with wrong person if he thinks Il leave it!!
Oh and I was ringing for 30 mins went in to store whilst still on the phone asked why they do not answer and said "oh we have both been with customers (sat chatting about the nights events when I approached the desk) phone still ringing but no noise behind the desk, ALL THEIR PHONES WERE ON SILENT!!
RUDE, AND INTIMIDATING MEN ALL SCS SALES TEAM AND MANAGERS INCLUDING!
