“Top class customer service”

Had an issue where I had forgotten that there had been a claim a few weeks earlier by a named driver on a different policy but had not disclosed this in error called customer services and in around 5 minutes everything sorted and extra 71 pound added to insurance premium top class customer service. Ref SF5
