“Not Trusworthy”

The customer reps are not trustworthy. I create a profile on remitlite. I immediately got a call form them and then i realized i cannot transfer more than USD 2999 in one transaction ( fair enough ) , but the guy told me i can do three transactions at one go and they will waive off fee of one transaction ( he assured on it ) ..Once transactions were booked, he called me to confirm all details and i asked him again about waiver of fee on one transaction. He said it will be done , when you will see money transferred in your account it will be taken care of. After a week my money gets transferred no waiver.

I wrote them a email, no reply. - It was 2.99 USD fee and i didn't feel it was worth my time and energy to call them and talk to them about it.

I told them in email they are loosing a customer and referrals as well.

Don't trust this folks. They will say anything to make you book a transaction with them.
