8 months ago I raised a concern that vodafone had not flagged up to me unusual use of my phone (my account bill was ten times higher than normal).
The unusual bill amounts continued for 3mths in total and they agreed I should have been notified.
After repeated attempts (and complaints) by me to sort with vodafone and a half dozen promises by them that 'a manager will call' I have decided to change provider. They do not care about customers, they have repeatedly demonstrated to me that they don't care. Final straw today after getting my PAC code-manager said I should've asked for a better tariff!! Aaaaargh! They don't care.
Avoid at all costs.
