“Most heartfelt thank you email I've ever read”

Fortunately I decided at an expo to sign up with Game Seek and have kept a tab on their prices for some time. I decided to give them a go as their prices for the product I wanted was competitive. I had some problem with checking out in Chrome for some reason;I had to login at the checkout and when I did it cleared the cart but when I went back to the page the cart wasn't cleared. I just switched to another web browser and finished.

Prices seem good, the navigation is strange but not unworkable, the right amount of email updates (not too many, not too little) and the thank you email was a nice touch. I appreciate good service in that respect.
