“Great Customer Service from Start to Finish”

Never heard of Wren before visiting Cribbs Causeway to shop in a neighbouring furniture company. I was just about to give up ever finding affordable quality bedroom furniture when I spotted Wren.

I was greeted immediately by a very helpful, but non pushy, salesperson who asked what I was looking for and immediately told me about the special weekend offers as well as showing me the other ranges.

Straight away I could see that the price difference was huge compared to everywhere else I had been looking and the quality also good.

The salesperson gave me time to look without pressure or breathing down my neck, but was always at hand if I needed to ask questions.

I found everything I was looking for and well within my price range. Delivery waiting times weren't long - in fact I could have two items from stock which were delivered the next day at no extra cost.

Wren then kept me informed via phone calls and text messages as to when my delivery was due and the delivery drivers rang me the hour before to let me know when they could be expected. I was the last drop of the day and expected 2 grumpy delivery men but instead they were friendly and helpful.

The products were part assembled and the large 3 door wardrobe really easy to finish assembling.

Excellent service all round. Well done Wren.
