“Helpful staff”

Wonderful holiday to Iceland with a fantastic stay and room in The Hilton.
The cost of this holiday excellent compared too many others I had reviewed.
Just bear in mind the times given on our holiday details for excursions were for departure from the bus station and not the hostel. This in fact was half an hour earlier, which we discovered on the first day after waiting an hour only to be told we had missed it,!
Luckily the Hilton rep booked us onto the the short version of the trip later on that day.
Fantastic that we hadn't missed The Golden Circle trip but sad that it was a rushed shorten version due to this mix up.
We made sure we were ready the half hour earlier for the rest of the planned excursions.
Flight times easy and at convenient time.
Staff at fleetwood esp, the person I dealt with extremely helpful especially in our emergency 2 days before travel.
I would definitely love to book again with and recommend fleetway travel
