When I ordered the Scale headset it was out of stock.
I was kept regularly informed by email and asked if I wanted to continue waiting or cancel the order.
As soon as the item was back in stock I was notified and the item despatched to me. I was kept informed as to the progress of the delivery so that I knew exactly when it would arrive
Throughout a most professional and competent service
