“Branch Manager Threatned me”

I am a garage owner in Glasgow and ordered a clutch and fly wheel for customers car paid for it on delivery fitted it no problem, couple of days later customer started complaining about the burning smell eventually he broke down within two weeks. phoned the branch and after checking with his manager he agreed to replace the parts under warranty hour and half later nothing came through phoned again and staff was very cheeky with me eventually parts arrived and driver gave me warranty form and then he insisted on payment for new parts I asked him to phone the branch he spoke to someone and gave me the phone and the guy said we need the money for new parts i told him that the other guy had agreed to replace it under warranty he didn't want to listen and passed the phone to his manager and manager said to me to return the new parts if i don't want to pay for it I told him same that other guy agreed to replace it under warranty he said no pay for it or I'll send van full of guys to your garage to sort it out.
Manager's and one of the staff's behaviour was terrible and out of order.
I am trying to find out complain procedure on euro car parts website but there is nothing there.
I would have to wait till Monday to speak to someone in head office and to be honest I don't have much hope.
