Some pushy door step sales person convinced my wife that we needed a burglar alarm even though to speak to him she had to lock the dog in the other room where he was barking wildly (she should have just let him savage the sales rep). I had no choice but to pay £22 a month for a service I didn't need. I received constant letters saying the test signal showed no connection so the alarm probably never worked properly anyway. I cancelled last October when the 18 month minimum contract period was up, unhooked all the equipment and heaved a sigh of relief. Despite phoning and e-mailing they continue to bill me every month and have now received a letter on solicitors letter head threatening to discontinue the service! Never received any acknowledgement of my numerous letters and e-mails. Absolutely hopeless customer service.
