after purchasing a tumble dryer online from currys for £660 got conformation email saying the supplier would be in touch to arrange delivery ? currys must of forgotten the concept of a shop that carries stock and sells it to customers then we were in the hands of bosch after 2 weeks still no email my partner rang to enquire the whereabouts of this elusive tumble dryer to be told it must be in transit and to await an email after 4 weeks of the £660 leaving my account I rang to tell curries if I couldn't deliver in the next 4 days I wanted a refund I was told delivery was not possible in 4 days surely in this day and age if you really wanted one it would be possible to get a chimp delivered in 4 days but delivering a tumble dryer was too much of a task for currys so I asked for a refund to be told it would take 3 to 5 days to refund funny they took the money quick enough to sum up my experience of attempting to shop at currys online I would rather drag my balls 10 miles over broken glass than deal with them again yours
