I ordered over £150 of goods (all supposedly in stock) and paid a premium for three day delivery. Nothing arrived in this time. When I chased, I was told lots of the items I'd ordered were out of stock. They were completely unhelpful - no information as to which items, or when they would be in stock, no offer to send the in-stock goods immediately. I therefore cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
I'm still waiting for the refund, despite having been told that it has definitely been processed and will be in my account within three working days. The bank can see no evidence that the refund has been made.
It looks like I'm now going to have to dispute the payment via my credit card company in order to get my money back.
To add to all this, the company rarely answers the telephone, leaving you reliant on emails which they answer with standard replies (excuses) that don't help.
