I am happy to recommend a friend . This insurance company is the best .I have used other companies but their staff were very rude over the phone- When I was in car accident the Dial Direct staff gave me all the information that was needed they help me with what to do .They gave me all the numbers of the people to contact .They helped me till my claim was through . Was not happy only when the courtesy car was taken from me before I could get another car to use .I was not given notice to give back the courtesy car. This left me stranded ss I work out of town and I need car for work .Appart from that I am happy to carry on using Dial Direct.
