“total rubbish”

Rubbish customer service. Well no customer service all you get is we will phone you back which they did not.i needed help all I got was we will phone you back .they did not .I sent my no claims all 3 ways you can .then got email saying cancelling insurance as they did not receive no claims.i phoned again and tried to explain I had sent them a week or so .but they was not intrested in helping & you guessed it we will phone you back they did not so let them cancel it and went with other insurance. Company.i promise you that's the short version loads more. My advice do not go with this company .what would they be like if you had a crash ? Urr we will phone you back
