Placed my order with Mattress World (without reading any reviews first) on 22.02.15 and requested delivery on 25.02.15. Tried to track my order online using the information that was emailed to me but the tracking number was not being recognized so decided to call the courier - OWN - YDL LOGISTICS. They advised me they do not do any deliveries for Mattress World so I started to panic. I then decided to read the reviews which made me even more worried. It was 3pm and no sign of delivery yet so decided to call Mattress World, selected option 2 and was transferred to someone straight away. They guaranteed me my mattress would be delivered that day, and explained they have a problem with their email system and the tracking information I received was an automated message and that YDL Logistics were not the courier.
Anyway, half an hour later my mattress arrived and I love it - great quality! I would recommend this company as I had no issues with trying to contact them and the mattress really is great.
