No real problems this time, I will be willing to buy items in standard sizes.

Bad experience with attempting to get replacement parts for previously purchased fittings means that I won't ever buy anything complex from bathstore again.

(really how can you not still have spares for a dual flush pushbutton 3 years after selling it?)
