“Good discounts and affordable prices with the Loyalty card”

I ordered 2 airbeds online. The service was quick and easy and was able to click and collect. The one item I ordered wasn't in stock even though it said it was online as available, which could be a drawback for the organisation.
A representative phoned me within half an hour to say the item wasn't in stock and offered me an alternative and reduced the price.
I was very pleased with this and felt they had really thought about the customer experience.
I would recommend GoOutdoor to anyone who is on a budget as they sell good stuff that ordinary people can afford.
There is one thing that has disappointed me which is the airbed isn't as reliable as I thought. it has started to go down after only a few weeks.
