“terrible service level”

My order arrived almost 2 days after the expected delivery date. FloraQueen didnt contact either me or the recipient about the delay.

Also, the flowers were sent to the wrong address, and again, FloraQueen wasn't professional enough to contact either me or the recipient to fix the problem.

Finally, I have sent FloraQueen 4 messages in the last 4 days, and they have't replied to any of them.

It is impossible to get in touch with them.
