“Fantastic personal service, quick turn around and simple”

I found this company on the auto trader website, and thought I'd apply on the off chance as I had been refused credit previously elsewhere. I got a call the next morning fromthe person I dealt with, I have to say that the service that he  provided was second to none from the initial enquiry to day of collection. We had a couple of issues with dealers and the fact that they couldn't work with them due to the criteria that was in place, but he helped me to find the best car with the right dealer so that I got a warranty and service before collection which is great for peace of mind! He was always available on email and on the phone for all my questions and we must have checked around 8 cars before I settled on the one I wanted and it was no issue for him to do this for me. I felt I may be a pain changing cars all the time but he didn't mind at all and he said that he'd rather make sure I'm happy with the right car which I really appreciated! I needed to get my new car as quick as possible as my old one had given up the ghost, the person I dealt with & his team really worked hard to make this a reality! I found my new 10 plate Megane on the Sunday and the payment was made Monday and I was able to collect Tuesday! He got all my paper work to me quickly and the price was right so the deal was done!

I have already recommended Carloan4u to a couple of my friends and I'd recommend anyone to deal with the person I dealt with as his service was beyond reproach and I felt like he was genuinely there to help me!
