Every thing you would want to eat is on the site, everyone is different.
I include small amounts of protein in my breakfast and lunc, I am eating 3 veg plus 200 grms of potatoes with my main meals most days, I am eating chicken and fish regularly. I could not have lost 3 stone without nutracheck.
My biggest surprise was the number of calories in a pork chop.
