SERIOUSLY?? This is the best your service can provide?? I am
extremely disappointed and will not use your service again. Knowing
that this is one of the busiest and most lucrative floral holidays for
you I find it very difficult to believe you do not have any "safety
nets" to ensure your clients are happy and all possible options are
exhausted. I can not believe that after spending $82 you do not know how to do your job, nor do you deliver!! I too am in the luxury industry and I just can not understand your inabilities to create loyalty.
In addition, the 30% discount you gave me for a future purchase after the way I have been dis-serviced is insulting, keep it!
