we joined isupply as we took over the account from previous tenants. The first two months they sent me letters saying my bill was overdue when they haven't even sent me a bill! They then hugely overestimated the bill when they finally did do it, and have so far taken 3 months to calculate the correct figure.
I have just logged on to check if the bill is there yet or not and found they have changed all my details back to the previous tenants!
If you try to phone, you will spend ages waiting to get through.
Do not use this company!!
