“Massive increase in premiums”

This was a great company when it started but they are constantly changing underwriters. The latest underwriter has massively increased premiums. Mine have gone up 260% in 2 years, plus lots of additional charges never levied before. If you have a life long policy and are claiming for ongoing conditions you can't change companies. Don't believe any company that says they will keep the same conditions for the life of the policy, it's just false. I would never insure another pet with this company again.
