Ordered a prom dress, arrived looked nothing like the detail on the photo. The dress looked cheap and tacky. The sizing was all wrong and the beading was not perfect. It was obviously offline . I also ordered a bag with crystals and one stone was missing plus two were discoloured.
I Emailed service dept and after numerous emails and sending photos to them, overall took about two weeks they offered me 5% refund. This would not cover the cost of the alteration, in the end they offered me 13% but only on the understanding I would NOT write a bad review about them!!! I took the refund just so I got something back. But want to warn everyone else, DO NOT shop with this company. The clothes Are made in China not UK. there is no telephone number to contact them only email which they do not reply to.
