“Absolutely horrendous service ”

I'm a nanny and I went to pick up the children I was looking after from their nursery. I picked them up and went to leave and my car wouldn't start. I rang Green Flag and they said I was a priority as I had children in the car so they said they would be with me within the hour. They took two and a half hours to arrive. Once they arrived they tried to put my car onto the tow truck. I say tried as my car has an electric handbreak and they didn't put it in manual. The car rolled off the back of the lorry and into the nursery smashing a window and part of the wall. ...

Surprisingly I carried on my policy with Green Flag. Today, I have broken down at home. (Only just moved in) Green Flag have my address still as my old one as I only moved recently. Although, they will not come out as I am at home. They want to charge me £110. (Again, I have children in the car- priority) I understand they have to stick to their policy but considering what happened last time you think they'd give me a break!

This company is ridiculous.

Do not get a policy out with them! I'm cancelling mine today!!
