“Stuck on drive with two flat tyres”

Called them only to be told we will only take you to a garage will not come out and pump up the tyres, we explained we had hit a pot hole which has caused rapid deflation if they take it to a garage then I would think this is a extra cost on me! Will not waste my money re newing with them.
