“Watch your statement very carefully”

To make it short, barclays charged me fees for a balence Transfer that was advertised as $0 fees, and even the rep I was talking to agreed and said he would put it under review and should be reviewed within 7 days. 2 weeks later with no answer I called and the person was very rude saying she didnt have an update for me. I called after receiving my statement with more interest being charged and low and behold they determined that I was responsible for the fees. They never let me know the result of the review until I called. I immediately paid off my account and closed it out.

Two weeks later I recieve another statement saying I owed an additional $14.56 in interest and allied and complained that how could I owe interest on a balence I paid off and closed my account. She "waived " the interest charge. Let's see if I get another charge next month with a closed account.
