“Poor all round”

Have been a TalkTalk customer for nearly 14 years and recently we upgraded to Fibre Optic and their New Super Router in January this Year. We have had problems in the past but they have always eventually been sorted. This time however that has not been the case. Despite reporting the fault with the telephone lone and Broadband speed at the same time, the only thing that has been repaired is the phone line. The broadband speed has been as low as 4.13Mbps and as high as 29 Mbps which is disgraceful. We have had two engineers out one from BT and one from TALKTALK. the latter stated that he believed the problem was at the BT exchange as he had already dealt with the same problem with other TalkTalk customers for that Street Exchange, although mine was the worst. Further engineer visits have been arranged in my prescence but have ever taken placeand and despite being promised call backs from TalkTalk theyu have never happened either.My situation has now been upgraded TWICE to TalkTalk Network Engineers. NO FURTHER FORWARD. They have now been told to have matter resolved within TWO days or we are leaving them
