Having lived abroad for many years and ordered many items from many different firms in UK all of which turned up with little problem I thought ordering from Easy Life would be simple.What a mistake!! On 12 January 2015 I attempted to order two items- one was out of stock,despite the fact I had only received the catologue that day.It would be in on 5 February and sent that day.Would I like them to be sent together? Fine. On 12 February thought I'd better chase them up. Answer 'been sent yesterday'.Left it a week rang today.Then the muddled story started.The second item was out of stock would be in on 23 March.Then came the hammer blow 'you cancelled your order!!!' Confusion! How did I cancel my order when you told me last week it had been sent? Someone has made a mistake!!! Suggested I replaced the order on a different number. More confusion how could I place the order if neither item was in stock? Rang the number anyway. Ordering is in a different country to customer services-they have no communication-neither could tell me if they had deducted the money from my card as they couldn't see each others computers.At this point I gave up-total 63 minutes on phone(premium rate).Rude staff who almost screamed at you,no manners and certainly no service.
BE WARNED -BEWARE-DON'T ORDER FROM THIS LOT_-THEY'D BE BETTER WRITING A JOKE BOOK_BUT THEN NO ONE WOULD PUBLISH IT!!!
