Worst experience ever

Do not order from this third rate company - two days waiting for a delivery and now it's not coming until next week - absolute joke.
I do feel for the advisor who had to ring me three days on the trot but shocking service from a poorly designed website to the cancelation of delivery after a conversation they never even had with me. If I hadn't checked status I'd still be waiting in today. God knows when the bed will arrive

Update - apparently the couriers are rearranging delivery dates to suit themselves then ringing customers on the day it was actually due but telling the company that it was agreed with customer - unbelievable
