“Poor Customer Service”

I used to love shopping in studio catalogue but never again I purchased a fibre optic tree which was used for approx 3-4 weeks It was then stored in original box in loft till next christmas when it went up again but i noticed it was only lighting up red i checked the bulb but it was welded in so i contacted studio and got no reply for 4 weeks so emailed again took 3 more weeks to reply then they informed me it was over 12 months old so non returnable THATS WHY THEY DELAYED REPLYING TO FIRST EMAIL so i contacted the company on the instruction sheet that came with it to see if the bulb could be replaced but no reply i googled company only to find out it was studio24 with a different name hence no reply This is not the first time i have had a problem with items that light up but have never bothered trying to get replaced but the tree was £70 in the sale which is a considerable amount
