Me and my family have received several Moonpig cards over the years and have always enjoyed gettingpizza1 them.
Today was my daughter's 20th birthday, the first birthday she has had when we couldn't be with her (she is at university), and we thought a Moonpig card would cheer her up. Only it didn't quite work out like that....
Designing the card was fun, and I was excited about her receiving it. Only she didn't. What she actually received was a different card to someone called Laura. Goodness knows what Laura made of her card covered in photos of my daughter from 'Mum and Dad'
For companies like this to work, they HAVE to deliver what they promise. Occasions like birthdays are too important to get wrong. Unfortunately, on this occasion (and my first experience of using them), they didn't.
