I would give this a zero if it was available. I ordered a "florists choice" bouquet for my mother for Valentine's Day. I ordered on Feb. 11, 2015 for a Feb. 12 delivery because they had blocked out delivery for 13-16. They wanted to charge $14.99 for delivery that I did not want to pay so I didn't complete the order. Then I received an e-mail that said they would delete the $14.99 if I would complete the order, which I did. The flowers were not delivered on the next day and I looked into my bank account and the payment was on hold until the 13 so I figured they were going to go ahead and deliver on the 13th or 14th anyway. Valentine's Day came and I had e-mailed more than once about the order. Finally after Valentine's Day had come and gone and the flowers had not been delivered I wrote another e-mail. I called the 800 number on Monday and after talking with someone they offered me another better bouquet to be delivered on the 16th. Right now our area is under a snow storm- no one is getting flowers today. They will flat out lie to you to keep you on the hook. She refunded my money, which I did receive. This company does not have the proper relationship with its florists to guarantee any delivery. There are other companies out there that have a tremendous amount of clout and the flowers ordered through them are ALWAYS delivered and if you find a problem with the arrangement they make the company bring you another one. This company lacks honesty, integrity, good management, and proper business relationships.
